Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please note that Virtual Studio Orchestra LLC is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your international package. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, custom agent fees, etc.).
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your official carrier tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active and scannable within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch.
5. Delivery Issues, Damages, and Lost Shipments
Virtual Studio Orchestra takes immense care in packaging our products securely. However, we understand that issues can occur during transit.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives structurally damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at virtualstudioorchestra@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will evaluate the damage and arrange a prompt replacement.

Lost or Missing Packages: If your tracking link states your order was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local postal carrier first. If the package remains missing after 3 business days from the marked delivery date, reach out to us so we can assist you in opening a carrier investigation.
