Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Virtual Studio Orchestra. We stand behind the design and craftsmanship of our products and want to ensure you have an exceptional experience.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with any original tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at virtualstudioorchestra@gmail.com to request a return.

  2. If your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Return Shipping Costs: Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. The exact cost of the return shipping label will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount.

  4. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at virtualstudioorchestra@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item arrives damaged or defective, Virtual Studio Orchestra will cover any associated replacement or return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items & Custom Orders

We cannot accept returns on gift cards, promotional sale items, or custom/personalized orders. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet our standard eligibility criteria (unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase).

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item to confirm if the refund is approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days (minus the cost of the return shipping label). Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the transaction to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us at virtualstudioorchestra@gmail.com.
